Food & Football...

Another weekend comes to a close :( Weekends are always nice, but then we have to get back into the groove again for another week! It's been a very relaxing weekend. Friday night me, the boys, and some friends went to the ballgame. It was a great game and the boys enjoyed it!! Saturday we got up and watched football all day and most of the night!! Thats one good thing about having boys they love watching football with ya!! We really did nothing but watch football!!! How bout the Tide??? Did they roll or what??? Of course, I can't leave the tigers out! They of course are lucky and pulled it off!!!! Sunday we got up and went to church and then came home and napped all afternoon!! Jake wanted to make a "cookie cake" this afternoon. So, we went to the store and got the stuff. We came home and made a big cookie and Jake decorated it!! Yummy! We went and ate at the Mexican restaurant with my grandparents and now we are back home relaxing and watching some football! Hoping for a great week!

Jakes First Visit To The Dentist

Jake had his first trip to the Dentist last week. He done wonderful! I'm really funny about who cleans my teeth, so when Beverly moved I had to move! Beverly Coon is just about the only one I will let clean my teeth. Yes, I am a baby! Both the boys had appointments, but this was Jake's first visit.

Busy, Busy...

Wow, it's been a couple of weeks since I posted! All is good here! We are just so busy! We go to work, school and home. I'm always on call on Tuesday nights so you never know how that's gonna go and then on Wednesday nights we have church. Our Thursday nights are usually spent studying. It's hard to believe second graders have so many test on the same day. You know I wonder why they can't be spread out over the week, instead of all on Friday. Anyway, Jesse is doing great so far. Jake of course is just Jake!! He does like school and loves his teacher of course! He has grown up so much since starting kindergarden. On Wednesday nights our ladies class at church is doing the study "Crazy Love". It is an awesome study for males or females. If you have a chance to read the book it would definately by worth it! I have learned so much and have grown as a Christian so much in the past 4 weeks! It's amazing! Isn't God good?? This is my weekend to be on call so I'm just hanging out at the house this weekend, which is sometimes a good thing. It's always good to get some rest, at least I hope thats what it will be!! Also, I wanted to mention the movie The Last Song. It is an awesome awesome movie if you haven't seen it. Tonight I rented Killers and The Backup Plan. They sound like good movies! I'll let you know how they turn out!! Last but certainly not least....... CRIMSON TIDE FOOTBALL is back!!! Yippy! I didn't get to watch it last week, but I certainly hope I get every minute of it in the week! So, please don't let me get called in! ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!
